Today we were giving oral drop of vitamins to my rooster and maybe a tiny drop goes in his airways or wrong pipe don't know ..
But after that he start a sneezing runny a bit often (for 2-3 times)
Back normal in 5 minutes ..
Running playing eating
Is this is aspiration???

Maybe by definition since maybe the fluid went the wrong way but if he's running around and acting fine I wouldn't worry.

Yes ..actually when I giving him.drop he wanted to run that's why drop accidentally goes in his windpipe (I guess) he immediately have 2 big sneeze and water like stuff drain from his nostrils 2 times I clean that stuff durnig that he breath by little mouth open then he did 2-3 more sneeze and back normal ..I m really afraid of aspiration

I wouldn't worry since it was such a small amount.
It sounds like he did a good job clearing his airway with the cough/sneeze.
If he DIDNT COUGH/sneeze After a lot ran down there, THEN I'd be concerned!
I aspirate coffee by accident on almost a daily basis! I just cough it up!
Just keep an eye on him for a day or two and be alert to any changes in his health status.
