Assisted hatch chick has issues

This chick was the last to hatch on day 21 (Easter Sunday) and was assisted after 36 hours. It has curled toes on left side and has quickly improved in getting around, although I thought I’d try the bandaid splint today. Chick is eating and drinking. My concern is this umbilical bubble that has remained unchanged since hatch. Does anyone have experience with this? Is this conducive to continued living? Thanks!!

The yolk sac has not been completely absorbed. I have seen worse. Try to keep the area moist and hope for the best.
