assisted hatch rejected by broody. how do we care for this chick

We came home from work and found this chick tired and in a dry membrane egg.
We assisted, yoke was already absorbed and and she was chirping weakly.
Brought her in the house. cleaned her up. this is what she looks like.
We already had 1 chick hatched 2 days ago, 4 yesterday and this one today.
Todays our daughters 29th birthday who passed away from cancer 2 years ago so we hope this chick makes it.
Named Ash.
We need to know how much time before she is fluffy and walking.
best way to get her to eat and drink.
if she looks normal or not.

[Percheron chick]

Put it under a headlamp and let it dry out and rest. If you have some Nutri Drench on hand then give it a few drops otherwise just let it rest. Once he's dry ( looks like a barred male) and it's dark, stuff him under the hen with the others.
