I am sorry for the issues your neighbors dogs have cause you. I have German Shepherds. Quality bred, stable, reliable, well trained German Shepherds. It is such murder to the breed for people to have poorly bred, unstable tempered, and poorly trained German Shepherds. They can be wonderful, or horrible, depending on the dog and owner.
I understand your anger, as I would be angry as well. I can say in this moment that I would not shoot a dog, but if it were in my coop, or on one of my dogs, I feel that I may change my mind, and quick. I hope that for yours and your birds sake, it does not come to that for you!
