At what age can chicks go outside

I hav 3 baby chicks 2 weeks old and we want to take them outside bit what age should I take them out?

You can take them out for field trips at any time now. They will love that and helps to break up boredom in the brooder. Keep it short at first and each day you can add on a few more mins. Start with 10 mins and work your way up.

As for taking them out permanently, if your temps are still in the 80s, you might be able to get them out for good now. If you are colder than this, you may need to brood them inside for a few more weeks. Keep lowering your temp each week by 5 degrees until you are around the outside temp and they can go out for good. If the nights are still cooler, you may need to use the heat lamp at nights only.

X2 on TwoCrow's advice. You can start taking chicks out for brief adventures after 2 weeks old or so. Just start with short visits- if they act cold, bring them back inside again.

Your cuties can start going outside each day for vists. They are sill too young to be outside permanently though. Once they are full feathered they can start living outside as long as the temps are not lower than 65 degrees. Make sure that when they do move out that they have lots of warm bedding.

But, defiantly take them out each day for the next few weeks.

You can take your chicks out if the outside temperature allows. The standard rule applies: 95 F for new born chicks. They need 5 degrees F less every week till they are fully feathered out (usually 8 weeks).
 
From the photo it looks like your heat lamp is very low over the chicks. They could jump around and maybe get burned on it. They will be trying(and succeeding) to fly soon, it is good if you put a wire top over their brooder. The lamp can be outside of that. They will get a nice exchange of air, and won't jump or fall out and get lost or injured.
