at what age can you bathe your chickiens?

A healthy chicken in an appropriately managed environment should not have a bad odor. Bathing is going to offer you only a short term fix to your problem. You and your flock would be better served to determine why they are developing the odor that you find objectionable and a dressing that. Can you describe the odor so that we can help you figure out where it's coming from? Are your birds physically clean specifically is there any accumulation of waste in the butt fluff? What is their co-op and run setting like? If still in the breeder how many birds are in the breeder, what is the total square feet of the breeder, and what is your current management of the brooder like?

like a fruity smell and the brooder is very clean

I bathed one of my chicks in the second week because another chick had cecal pooped on her (they had a perch). But in general the chickens should not stink. Feathers have a distinct smell but it's not a bad one in my opinion. If they have a dust bath area, they will groom and clean themselves.

I see I'm a bit late:)
What most people associate with chickens having a bad smell can usually be traced to something in their environment. Chicken waste, old food spilled, damp conditions, and over crowding are the most common I can think of. Keeping bedding clean and dry, using spill resistant feeders and waterers. And having enough space for them are usually all it takes to reduce odors. Look at the articles on deep litter, it's very effective. It's also easier to maintain than some other methods. Hope some of this helps
