At what age do cochins lay?

Just wondering at how many weeks do cochins normally start laying and when they do how many eggs can i expect in a week from them?

I have a cochin mix that is 37 weeks and still no egg

All the other hens are laying and one is raising babies but she is the freeloader--just around to be cute I guess

I have a long wait for mine as they are only 10 weeks old but thought i would ask so i know what to expect.
I can't believe that at 37 weeks yours has not layed yet, well i hope you won't have much longer to wait.

I have 2 cochin mix chicks 11 weeks old. I think one is a boy so I'll be waiting a looong time for an egg from him!. I hear that they are not great layers but as far as when they start, I don't know. They sure are sweet and pretty though.
