At what age is it safe to breed?

I have all Saxony and one drake that is another heavy breed. They are all 3 months old. None of the saxony drakes have started breeding. Is it ok to let the drake breed my 3 month old hens.

I think it’s best to wait at least till 4? Months closer to laying age.
