At what age/temprature can chicks live outside (and a couple other questions)

I have a chick juggle on my hands !
There are three silver Wyandotte chicks that hatched under a broody silky hen a month ago.. I have a 6 week old silky serama cockrel alone at the moment as he was incubated. 2 silkies incubated together now 8 weeks old in their own coop and a 10 week old peahen chick.
I am hoping that the three Wyandotte chicks can be raised with the silky serama. But it is likely the Wyandottes will get larger as they grow to the silky serama Any suggestions very welcome! :hmm
