At what age

Does a chick start getting their feathers? I have three breeds I just bought at the store and some have regular feathers, these would be Rhode Island Whites, and Pearl White Leghorns.
The black ones, Black Sex links, don't have the regular feathers that I can see.
I have raised several but my brain doesn't recall..

you should start noticing change very quickly! At week their wings will be most feathered out.
