At What Age?

at what age does a pullet turn to hen and how long do they lay eggs for I have 20 shaver reds with one rooster?thanks in advance

A female chicken under the age of one year old is a pullet. A male chicken under the age of one year old is a cockerel.
I'm not familiar with the breed, but you can expect the first three years (especially the 2nd one) to be their best laying years. They can and will lay eggs after that, but not as much.
