at what age are coturnix quails fully feathered?

I thought of a temp question after I hit the reply button and just before my computer started acting up.

What is the lowest known temp a fully feathered adult coturnix can withstand if somewhat sheltered from the elements? (roof, maybe some wind breaks down the side or inside an unheated shed.)
I thought I read somewhere 40 deg.. I'm hoping it's a little colder than that.
