At what day do I do lockdown?

So, I know it's on day 18, in the morning, but here's my real question:
If I put the eggs in on the first (just an example), is lockdown on the 18th or 19th?

If you set on the first lockdown starts on the 19th. The day you set them is day zero, the next day is day 1.

On the 19th. I usually keep a time as well. If I placed them at 11:59pm then that's when I'll consider day 19 when it reaches that time.
