I have 2 one year old hens, and 2 drake call ducks living in the same house and run, I just got a 4 month old bantam cochin and they won't leave him alone, maybe the drakes need their own home, but what do I do about the hens going after the bantam

First off you need to get the drakes away from the chicken hens. Ducks have different personal apparatus, that is not at all compatible with hen. They can seriously injure a chicken hen or kill her .

Second you can't just put a chick in with other birds - they have to have an integration period. Where they can see each other but not touch

You can accomplish this by dividing the pen/coop in half with wire etc. establish flock on one side / newbies on the other. In your case for just one chick - the chick could go into a dog crate or something put out in the run where it will be safe. The others can look to their heart's content without harming him. After a couple weeks of each other you can try putting the chick in with them when you are there to supervise. There may be a few pecks but hopefully things will settle down without bloodshed. Put out extra feed and water bowls - in case your hens try to keep him from eating.

Excellent advice from @drumstick diva (as always!). They have to get used to seeing each other (without touching), otherwise the newcomer can be seriously hurt.

Good luck to you!
