Ate my first duck egg today

and it was actually really good. It had a sweeter taste than a chicken egg. I really liked them. I am going to try a goose egg next. I had to build the nerve up to eat the duck egg, now I am really trying to build the nerve up to eat a goose egg. It's just a phobia I have of eating anything other than a chicken egg.

Yummmmm...duck eggs!

This is the low-carb duck egg breakfast hubby and I had this weekend. You have an over easy duck egg on top of a hamburger patty served with hot salsa, homemade guacamole, and organic sour cream

Congratulations!!! I scramble them with onion, bacon bits, and mozzerla cheese. Only eggs my 13 year old will eat.
