Alternatively, you can be really adventurous and stuff it with herb and fruit stuffing, and use it as the smallest part of a Ten bird roast, along with mallard,guinea fowl,poussin, Barbary duck,Aylesbury duck,pigeon,partridge,pheasant,chicken,and a goose all stuffed into one enormous turkey.Roast for eight hours in a ridiculously large oven and serve.I've only seen this done once on a tv show called River Cottage Christmas but man it looked delicious.
