If one is a Christian, and you see a thread stating it is a space for non-christians, what makes you think "I should click this and talk about christian stuff." It is this entitled, intrusive attitude that make even some "good" christians really grating. As non christians we have these debates in person on a constant basis. Maybe we just want to chill virtually with like minded people without needing to explain our platform. I am not christian. When I see a christian chicken lovers thread, I scroll by, because I AM NOT CHRISTIAN. If you all truly just want to learn, read more and post less.

Bit of a logic fail here if you'll forgive me for saying so.

Of course I forgive you! ❤ But I don't really understand, Shad. It seems most logical to me. If I am walking through the forest and come upon a hut, it is only logical to sssume that somebody built it. It did not, could not, appear from nothing. And it did not, could not, have assembled itself. Therefore, by logic, somebody must have built it. Yes?

Yes, I also scroll passed the christian threads and ignore the prayer comments bc I know that they don’t want my advice as badly as I don’t want theirs.

Your devotion is admirable...but your evidence is no more than one of 100000s of mythologies out there. Nothing about it or its source makes it any more true or false than the myriad stories ancient folks told each other for many reasons. It is no more likely than the animal gods of egypt or human-like gods of the greeks or romans. For some reason (see crusades) monotheism simply won the battle of believers a long long time ago. That doesn't make it the truth.

I’m sorry I didn’t see this earlier. What an amazing post... so simply stated yet so powerful. I have a lot to learn in my delivery when stating the things I believe and feel.
