I'd enjoy something more intelligent than the drivel my father or minister would give. Because being told not to worry about it, they are in hell and don't matter, never really sat right with me.

Rhetorical. ETA: but sure, opinions are welcome as far as I'm concerned.

Personally, I think people without a religious education can still seek God, even if they have no words to express it as such. And I think, if there is a God, s/he/ it will welcome the sincere seeking of any and all, in whatever form it may take. Praying to a Coke bottle that fell from the sky? Sure, why not! That can be worship if it's sincere.
