I have this wound spray that I sprayed into it? Hope that helps?Puncture wounds are bad because they need to heal from the inside. If you can, flush it with something like liquid betadine.
Good luck.

Help! Update! I need help understanding what happened?? I caught her and treated her wounds and when I got home yesterday I wrapped her wingbso she wouldn't damage it more, and she seemed ok, but then this morning I woke up to her DEAD! I don't understand what I did wrong?????If you can catch it, cover its head loosely with something like a scarf or towel so it can't see. It should calm it enough to do an examination. Be very careful with its legs as they are fragile
I need help! My guinea fowl was just attacked by our dog, I was able to catch him and get him to let her go, but she is now injured but no blood, it appears her wings are injured but she never let's us touch her, so I am not sure how to help her! I have her separated in a safe place to let her rest. But not sure what else i can do?
I treated everything and even wrapped her injured wing, but somehow still died???? I don't know what I did wrongI have this wound spray that I sprayed into it? Hope that helps?
You may not have done anything wrong. I would not have wrapped the wing but it is likely the puncture wound did more damage than was visible.Help! Update! I need help understanding what happened??
