It's just a calcium deposit. I get those on my eggs fairly often.

I thought so too. But is it mean the embryo is dead? Please is you can help it us over 16 days z as bd I’m getting scared

The eggs are laid like that, it is no indication on the state of the embryo. If you're worried, I would recommend candling it.

It did not have it on when it was later. I have candles it. It’s like day 17 and should have hatched on day 14. I can not see a blood ring in the egg I do see movement. But could that be fluids moving around a dead chick! Please

You may have missed it earlier. Deposits are formed during the egg-making process. Could you post a picture of the egg being candled?
