Our sweet girl got attacked. Fortunately didn’t kill her but it looks like it took her eye? Advice please! Meds, etc. she’s put away separately right now. She is absolutely traumatized.

So sorry! :hugs

I would rinse her eye out with an eye wash or saline solution and keep Terramycin ointment in it as that's meant for the eyes and will help prevent infection.

She could use some electrolytes too to help her with her stress. If any of your other chickens saw this, I'd give that to them too.

Is that something we could get at like tractor supply?
And today she hasn’t been wanting to drink which is stressing me out

Yes, I believe you should be able to, or a regular department store like Walmart.

The electrolytes will make her want to drink more, or should.
If you don't have any electrolytes on hand, you can Google a recipe. Here's one.

Electrolytes.
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons honey OR molasses OR granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda OR 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
