Attacked or sick?

Came home to find one of my hens badly injured. She was just laying out in the run on her side. Most of her comb is pecked away and has all her belly feathers missing (or pulled),raw and bloody. It even looks a little bloated.

Can't figure out if they attacked her or was she sick and chickens do what they do.

Don't really want to post pictures. Poor girl is still with us. Separated her into her own coop for the night.

Sounds like she was attacked by the other chickens. That can happen if they are odd acting or are unwell.

If the chest feels bloated she may have crop problems. Hopefully someone can advise on what to do. Definitely keep her separately for a while.
