Need help, I recently had one of my Guineas attacked and I don't know for sure by what, it had severe superficial damage to its back area, nothing to its head or neck, I just recently had a visit from a hawk, but not sure as to what could have done this, I thought if it was a dog, fox, or coyote it would possibly have damage its head and neck area. I stayed it wire blue cote and placed it in a pen, anyone with suggestions on the care of my Guinea is welcomed, any similarities to anyone's experiences, please fill free to advise, thanks.

From what I've seen, a hawk will pluck feathers from its prey. I'd you find a pile of feathers, you can guess a hawk.
