Attacking roo

we have what appears to be a 3-4 week old roo that hates ducks. Problem is that the ducks and chickens will eventually have to go together in the same pen how should i go about stopping this

If need be rehome the rooster. But give them some time now to integrate (probably one time per day for 10-20 minutes or so) and watch the interaction. If there's a problem, you can usually tell from the very start.
