Attempting to crow?

Hello all, my chickens are about two months old and I witnessed one today looked like attempted crowing, which is fine except that no noise came out. Is this normal or is there something stuck in his throat or something?? He otherwise seemed not in any kind of distress and I had to go to work so I didn’t really worry about it but should I be?

Expect all sorts of sounds and antics as cockerels begin to crow - not to worry.

Thanks for that, it crossed my mind he might not have proper vocal cords but I paid attention and he cheeps just fine. Today I’ve not witnessed any “crowing” and all chicklets seem to be happy.
