I can break hens, usually, unless they are hatchery BR who wouldn't break no matter what. DH however is too much of a wuss to pick up a broody hen or swipe eggs from under her. Which thus means there are unknown number of eggs under the hens. Fun.......

Your DH maybe needs to meet mine? I don't let DH handle the chickens unless I am out there with him. Growing up on this farm when it was a commercial chicken farm DH has a much different attitude about handling chickens than I do.
