attracting hawks ?

hey ive got another crazy question how would i go about attracting a hawk there's a sharp shinned in my neighborhood and i loved my bird feeder till a gang of house sparrows moved over and kicked out the other birds and took over the purple martin house and i want them gone the only thing that stands up to them is a mocking bird

In my experience a bird feeder is a hawk attractant.
