I wish I was kidding Wildsky!

Last year the first snow was 8" in Oct.

Now granted I live near St Marys Glacier, but we are only at 10,000 feet

No reason at all for this foul white stuff YET

I'm ready later,,, much later darn it

Been cooler than normal here and we've had to close all the windows, even in the day, to keep warm...but no snow! WOW! Maybe all those folks who swore that something would happen "when Hell froze over" are getting their wish?

I grew up all over Colorado. Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood, Dillon and Palisade.

August seems early, but I remember not being able to drive through the mountains (before I-70 of course) in August one year.

SO glad I live in California now...though I miss Colorado still.
