7 blue silkie eggs and 1 white(i got them mixed up so went ahead and put both) under a white silkie . she is such a good broody she also has 3-3month olds

so excited will have pics up asap!

Thanks the chick on the right (black one) momma is a BR daddy is a brown leghorn cross
the on on the right is same daddy but momma is pure RIR

I cant wait I hear egg # 7 scratching around in there! LOL​

Tommorrow is hatch day and I have a pip! I am so happy! Hopefully I will have more as the night goes on and they will hatch healthy and strong tomorrow.

The cheese cloth the eggs are on got a little damp when I filled the water container. Is that a problem? A few drops also got on two eggs, I hear chirping!!!!

I was wrong I got them mixed up it is egg # 8 that is scratching Sorry
I know I hope so too!! I am soooo impatient LOL!
here is where I am in hatch!

1. Blood ring tossed Set Aug3

2. Made it all the way to day 16 then died and on day 19 and my broody tore open the egg Set Aug 3

3. still going (BR/Brown leghorn cross) set Aug 3 hatched! 9pm 8/24

4. in fertile

5. still going (RIR/BLH Cross) Set Aug 4 hatched 8/25 !

6. one of the other hens crushed while sharing nest box day 19 (BR/BYCross) Set Aug 4

7. still going (leghorn/BLH Cross) Set Aug 5

8. still going (RIR/BLH Cross) Set Aug 5 I hear scratching on 8/25

9. Blood ring tossed

10. in fertile
