Keep your hope up until HeShe starts crowing or lays an egg. HeShe is an EE, that is for sure and they are hard to tell the gender at young age, even though I have to agree on some of the male characteristics here in your photos.
Oh, and I was thinking about the price: seems more like a price for a male?!

Well, at $5 at least I'm not out very much. I'll keep it around for a little bit just in case--and also because at the auction they said "Ameracana cross pullet" very distinctly. (Though the pull it out of the box comment made me laugh--and have to remember what they said!)
