The white one is a definite cockerel - pullets don't have wattles & combs that large at only 9 weeks of age.

I'm not sure on the black one, but its comb is kind of large for its age too and it has thick legs - looks more like a cockerel to me than a pullet.

I'd guess they are both roos. The thick legs and wattles that early....

I'm with the others. The light is definitely a cockerel, the dark is looking suspiciously cockerel-ish.
