I am currently Living in Austin Texas, and have been raising my flock of chickens for seven months.
It all started with an after school 4H animal science project. Right away, I was hooked and had to have my own wonderful and funny flock.
Since having moved to the east side of Austin, I've been hearing a lot of roosters crowing and hens clucking in the neighborhood. I was just wondering if anyone from BYC lives around this area? If so, I would love to share stories of the perks and pitfalls of living on the east side and raising chickens here!
