The last pic he had just hatched, not even dry yet. The first two I just took today, one day old. He appeared grayish but now is mostly black with white underbelly, white wing tips and a light yellow tint to the white/black boarder.
what about the comb. it looks like it could be a silver laced wyandotte, as they look similar, it would have to have a rose comb for that though. if it has a straight comb i would venture to say that it is a australorp.
He wont be pure anything as I have so many different breed mixes in my yard. Im pretty sure his daddy was my Australorp who died but he came from a light blue/green egg I think. His feet look a lot like the suspected daddy at that age, orange with darkness up the leg. I noticed he has quite a lot of yellow tinting to much of his white fuzz, face and chest. Bottom is very white though.
