Australorp not growing

First time owning an australorp... it's about 4 to 5 weeks old and I swear it isn't changing or growing much. Wings have definitely gotten larger, but that's about it. Do I just have a slow grower on my hands?

(Next to my OE who's about 5 to 6 weeks)

What's funny is- I have an Iowa blue, bought the same day from the same place as the Austra, same age, also growing slowly. They seem to be about the same size. Both very healthy, always eating, very friendly and social. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I wouldn't worry. If they are healthy and eating and drinking enough, they are fine. Some chickens are just slow developers. If it has been under a heat lamp its whole life, that is probably why it doesn't have very many feathers. I have 2 Cuckoo Marans and an EE who are 4 and a half weeks with all of their feathers in. They never got the heat lamp.
