I originally ordered a complete set up from them and over 30 days later the only thing they had done was charge my card on the day of the order. Customer service was non-existent. Finally had to call my bank and cancel the charge.

On the solar charger does anything say how much sun the battery has to have a day to operate the door twice a day?
