The door is a piece of 1/4" lexan, and "IF" a predator could get there to the door, they would have to have made it past an electric fence, burried wire, 2x4" 14g welded wire, 1/2" hardware cloth around the bottom 3', and a fully enclosed run. Metal or wood would work as well, but I used lexan to keep the light transmission through the window above.
The motor is the D20, and the lock eliminates the issue of a raccoon reaching under the door and opening it up.
