Automatic chicken coup doors

Would anyone have any suggestions on automatic doors for chicken coups. I can find them but all seem to be really expensive, is there something I’ve missed, I mean over $200 a unit. I’m wondering how any of you have avoided these astronomical costs?

You can DIY if you have some electronics know how, that's really the only way to get them cheap since as you note all the commercial options seem to run $200+.
