Thanks Karen

I don't own one but did look into them last summer. There were some that swing open and that's a flaw in my mind. All are easy to install. The one that caught my eye was ADOR1, has a last call feature, can adjust closing time and is an up and down open/close:

Forgot to note that if you look the ADOR1 has a spoke wheel (holes in door to roll it up/down). To me that is a secure door that can't be pried open apposed to motors with string or swing doors.

We bought an Add-a-Motor chicken door opener for an existing guillotine door along with a lamp timer. Easy to install and very dependable. Total cost around $100.

Ador is the one I used. At first I was concerned about the plastic part issues, but it has worked very well. Easy to install. Even made it through the subzero temps our our MN winters.
Good luck.
