Automatic coop door opener

I see the automatic coop door operners are pretty popular. I will be converting part of my barn to a coop in the spring so we will have electricity. Do you folks have any recommendations as to where to get the best deal on one?
I love this website. Everyone is so helpful and passionate about their chickens. I won't get mine for 2 months

I bought our add-a-motor at Discount Automation. Here's their website. I looked around last spring and this was the best price at that time. I can tell you this, the price now is cheaper than what I paid!

I have the same. Add-a-motor. If you are the least bit handy, it isn't an issue to build one, and it is less expensive than a pre-built unit.

We used a drapery motor and a digital timer (with the pop door panel we'd already been using on our old pulley system). Probably cost around $120 total.

The one on the Discount automation website is only $79. Sold! Do the chickens automatically go in their coop before it gets dark?
I suppose I will just have to observe them and see what time they decide to call it a night?
