automatic egg turner question

Ok so I'm new to incubating eggs. I had one successful hatch of chickens and now I have 8 turkey and 12 duck eggs all on day 21 today. I have used the dry method so far and all is looking good. So what do you do at lockdown. Do you just unplug the turner or take the eggs out of it and lay them on the sides? And what humidity

Yes on lock down take the turner out and for the humidity i like 75 it works for me but some say up to 90 but I've never had it that high because when they start to hatch the humidity goes up on its own

I also use the Styrofoam egg cartons to set my eggs in but thats my preference and so far it works for me
