Automatic Egg Turner

Hi,

I have loaded my incubator today (Hovabator Genesis) and set my automatic egg turner, but something isn't right. The incubator is fine, but the turner isn't quite right. Does anyone have a photo of how the motor should look (where the arm meets the motor)? The yellow piece slipped off the white arm, and I want to make sure I have clicked it back in place correctly. When plugged in, the motor is warm and vibrating, but on or off, I cannot make the turner turn manually. Right now I have the eggs in and am turning them myself.

Any help would be appreciated!
