Automatic Nipple Waterers! Anyone interested? I'm in TX!

After many months of looking and trial and error, I have found the idea regulators at a good price. And I am in the process of putting together some simple instructions on how to set up some automatic nipple drinkers.

If anyone is interested, let me know at [email protected]. The cost will be $49.99 (for the regulator and pvc) + $2 per nipple. Then actual shipping charges. Each nipple is good for 8~10 standard birds, but I don't go over 1 nipple for each 5 birds.

The small profit I make is for a good cause!

I am thinking of using these nipples (from www.farmtek.com) but had someone say they don't think they're very good for chickens.

Anyone have good/bad comments about them?

If good, how old do the chicks have to be before they will start using them? I realize I will have to change the height as they get older.
