    Hello Everyone,
I am making my own incubator out of a very large old bakery proofer. It is about 6 ft. tall! Anyway my question is what is you all's opinion is it easier to buy a bunch of auto turners or make one yourself? I am not handy in the least, but I think I could make some of the wooden racks and hand turn the eggs, but my work schedule is sporatic and I would like something automatic. I am not sure how to hook up a motor to the racks and what kind of motor I would need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its easier to buy the turners but they add up quick.
Here is a how to with a video on making a timed motor to tilt shelves. http://cmfarm.us/eggturner.html
