this is a full system all you need is a bucket, drill or object to puncture a hole and Caulk. And a way to connect to your wall or cage. (wire works) These are sold for 60 doller in magazines. The water cups are used everything else is new.
You can also buy up to 2 extension parts to extend the cups. They are 30.00 Each. Comes with directions.
