I’m looking to see if anyone has had any success with an automatic watering system that works for both chickens and ducks. This is for the inside of my coop, where they only spend the night as they have a huge run for daytime. The ducks have a trough in the run for swimming. My concerns are: keeping it clean/unclogged, and keeping it cool. Of course I am planning to bury the pipes, but is this enough for south Texas summers to keep the water from being too hot for them to drink? Thanks!
