autopsy report - ideas welcomed

Thanks. I’ve done some research on meraks and impacted gizzard.

If I had known more I would have checked immediately down stream of the gizzard. I don’t remember seeing anything big or stringy but I did not cut open all the digestive track. I’ll be prepared if there is a next time. My flock does have access to eat fiburous grasses and a variety of other things they probably shouldn’t if they wish. I’ll start treating like everyone has an impacted gizzard anyway to reduce chances. They do have access to grit.

If it were meraks - I’m expecting more losses and I suspect I would have seen some tumors during autopsy. It’s possible I missed them but I hope not.
