If I have a cream legbar rooster over opal legbar hens, would the chicks still be autosexing?

Yes they will. They will all be cream Legbars that are split to Opal. They will look like every other cream legbar, and there’s no way to tell by looking that they are split for opal. If you have other legbar chicks that are not split to opal, you will need to mark these to know which they are.
To get more opals, you’ll need to breed those splits together (you’ll get 25% opal), or, breed a split cockerel back to the opal pullet... (you’ll get 50% opals).
