Lets have chickens I thought.......so out to the backyard farmer in Eugene I went.
3 chicks were purchased and they lived happily in the brood box and then the tractor till the weather was warm enough and the coop was ready.
Fast forward 3 months when I am awakened by one of my hens crowing.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......
Then we added more hens and s/he seemed very interested.
We have what looks like either a leghorn or broiler rooster....sigh silly chickens!!
All hail king bucket!
