Avatar pictures!

I dont' know if this is the right place to post this but I am having terrible problems trying to get my avatar picture up!
I had resized my picture to 75x100 but it still tells me it is too large!
Any ideas anyone??

I found this. It must not be any bigger than 100 x 100 pixels and 15240 bytes (15 KB). You might need to make it smaller if it is still more than 15 KB.

It says on my computer it is 14.9KB and 75x100, i dont' know what else to do??

It seems it should work then. I don't know what else to do? Hopefully somebody that knows more can help.
