Avatar question for Rob or anyone

Last night I successfully added an avatar. That was fun, now I want to change it and I can't. When I try to upload the image it just ads the old one back on. I've tried deleteing it but it doens't seem to go away. HELP! What am I doing wrong. Thanks a million, JEN

Never mind I guess ......for some reason it's working now. Jeez, I wish I knew what I did. ha ha ha
